Basic and frustrating

I am grateful there is now an app to see your performance in classes but why do you need two separate apps?
I love the classes but the app is frustrating. After I have booked my 8 classes for the month(my plans amount) I have to call in any additional classes. I can no longer book through the app unless I want to pay $20 a class. But my plan is each additional class for $13.
I also dont like how there is an option for the instructors to have pictures but no one uploads their picture so when my class says "James" I have no idea who that is. This would only take them a second to do.
Orange theory in an awesome gym with a lot of work put into the concept etc. but very little work put into the app
