Most 2-3 Star Comments Are True

The app is extremely basic for them to be pushing $104 HRM wristbands and $169 unlimited classes. To switch locations it starts me all the way over from the beginning instead of keeping me in the state which is annoying. They also should talk about their competitions going on through the app, but there really is no purpose for this except for booking classes. Even then, sometimes my login fails and I have to delete the app and start all over again. The HRM needs to be connected to the same app and work outside of the class; especially with it being the same price as a Fitbit. I am very disappointed for how much money I spend; receiving less than average perks from joining the gym.
