Just joined OTF so new to app. Suggested improvement to waitlist functionality - option notify user each time they move up a spot on the waitlist and notify when a spot is available with a confirmation to accept the spot or let it go. Would also like an option to add classes to my iPhone calendar (during booking or after the fact)

wow- this update is really frustrating. if my older version of the OT app hadnt completely stopped working, I would have kept it. looking under my account to see my classes used / classes remaining count was the ONLY other useful feature I used on this app besides using it to book classes. why was this very helpful information removed? I have no interest in social media sharing and fitness tracking, I just want to know how many classes I have left so I can plan my week. my boyfriend and other friends who go to OT with me are also very frustrated and annoyed by your removing the class count info. not to mention how this app frequently quits/crashes unexpectedly. I love the workout, but this app update is two thumbs down. Im pretty close to just using the website to book classes. Please fix

It started off great but then suddenly stopped working properly for both me and my partner on two different phones. We reset our password and also deleted/re-installed the app but still wont work properly!

We used to be able to see how many classes we had remaining in our month package. Now we cant. Please bring this back.

Good app. Please add the following features: 1 - My Attendance screen should show how many workouts per month got performed, otherwise you have to count it yourself. 2 - When booking a class it would be nice to know what type of a workout it is (endurance, switch template etc.)

Now you cant book in at all!

The app in general is really good, but weve been having trouble booking our classes OFT Monterrey México

I just signed up at the Orange Theory in North Vancouver and I have had issues since day one. I havent been able to book classes online at all. Every time I try I am asked to purchase a package even though Ive already made my first payment and pay monthly. Very inconvenient. Im cancelling my membership.

App is frustrating-- it wont remember my username or password and about 50% of the time it makes me "update" my account, even though nothing has changed in it.

Would be great if when I look at multiple locations ( CA for example), the quick location view would show all California locations, and not just some. Im guessing some kind of list limitation. Also would be great to be able to star a few locations and have them always easily accessible. Thanks

I would be very upset if I owned an OTF franchise and this is the app they expected my customers to use. The recent update was a dramatic step backwards. The app logs me out each time I use it; takes multiple attempts to cancel waitlists; and inconsistently asks me to purchase a class pass to use locations other than my home club.

Why do I need to constantly login and enter my username and password every few days??! Is someone going to steal my phone and maliciously book/cancel my OTF classes??? Oooh. NO ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN BECAUSE YOUR PHONE LOCKS WITH TOUCHID. Fix this stupid login issue. No one is going to log into your phone without your finger. There is no need to log in over and over again. How often do you have to login to your own Facebook and Instagram by entering your credentials manually? Like once ever buddy. They actually get it. Fix this garbage.

What happened to the position on the waitlist???? Thats a real issue. Hope its fixed in the next update.

The app update takes away the ability to see your number on the waitlist. This is very frustrating for members as there is a huge difference between being #2 on the waitlist and being #9. Please fix this!

It was a crappy app to begin with and the newest update just made it worse. Now it doesnt even show the waitlist number anymore. Very slow to load and constantly refreshes..very painful to use!

This app has potential but it is not great. The newest version does not tell you your position on the waitlist which is such a shame. This was a great feature and was extremely helpful. Also, every time you close the app to check your phone calendar, it brings you back to the current date. Every time you book a class, it brings you back to the current date. This is infuriating. For example, if today were Monday and you wanted to book Thursday and Friday, you would scroll to Thursday and book it. Then the app refreshes you back to Monday. You have to scroll back through to get to Friday. This is a real pain when trying to schedule multiple classes for the week at different than your normal time a week or two in advance. Every time the app updates, I have high hopes that this will be fixed and more problems come up. Get some better developers.

Like almost everyone else here I wish I could give this app negative stars. Its just SO bad. Constantly logs me out, cant see waitlist numbers, wont let you book at other studios even if you have an unlimited membership, etc. Just laughable.
