This app is getting worse, not better. I cant even see my place on the wait list anymore without adding two more steps to the process. Not to mention waiting for two years to be able to access multiple locations and still waiting.

I dont understand why I cant see the number of available sessions that I have for the month anymore. I pay for 8 sessions per month and I used to be able to see the number available to use in the profile section. For some reason, now I only see my personal information and have to completely shut down the app to get out of that section. Now I have to keep track of this manually. Its very annoying. I keep contemplating cancelling because I dont want to be charged for other sessions. Please please fix this!!!!

Why do I have to go to Menu -> My Waitlist to see my waitlist position? It used to show right on the calendar schedule. This is a big step backward. Bring the feature back please.

New update eliminated the waitlist position indicator! Please fix asap- the poor front desk people are getting inundated with phone calls about this when they should be checking people in!!

Basically what everyone else has said. I like being able to see my position on the waitlist, and now we cant. I also hate that it logs me out constantly.

When I joined in October I thought the app was terrible. With the latest update it is even worse. I have never been able to see the number of classes I have remaining. To use another studio I have to figure out how to use the very-in-mobile friendly website. The app no longer tells me my position on the wait list. It logs me out every time I open it... and then I really cant see my position on the wait list. For such an expensive gym membership they HAVE to get this fixed.

Im not clear why the waitlist # was removed from the latest update. Super helpful to know your chances, especially for early morning classes :( I also hate that unlimited members cant sign up for classes until your credit card is charged for the month. If that new month date happens to be a Saturday, the front desk has to register you or else you wont get into any classes last minute.

Newest update doesnt show you where you are on the wait list. Terrible usability when scrolling to get to a date, especially if you leave the app and come back. It sends you back to todays date. Cant favorite gyms outside of your home state. Cant book into a gym unless youve been there before even if you have enough visits left in your account. Its amazing how much money their members pay per month and they cant even get a functioning app to schedule people in to use their business.

The pervious version seemed to work just fine for me, Im not sure why you had to go and screw the pooch. It seems like Im not alone in thinking that your choice in removing the wait list number from the class calendar was probably not your greatest moment. I understand that its still visible if I switch to my wait list page but why? It was better when you could see it from the class calendar. In my head I see you high five-ing your team for for this brilliant idea but I hope someone smacks you in the face for this.

I was informed this morning that the feature that allowed people to book at other clubs ON THE APP other than your home club is no longer an option. That is a HUGE disappointment for metro areas where people book at different locations depending on where they are at the time or if the classes at their home club are full. For the money that people pay, this should be fixed as soon as possible. Why would a corporation make it harder for people to use the memberships that they pay A LOT of money for??? I just dont understand. Its disappointing.

There was a time where you had to call the travel agency to book your tickets , you had to go to the bank to do transactions. Then came internet and apps and things radically changed. You could schedule travel , send money , buy stuff all with a phone and some apps. However the makers of this app dont seem to believe in all that. This app seems like a long running joke . So I just wanted to drop by and said that we get your joke and its run its course .its not funny anymore . Please give us an app which does the one job its supposed to do. Book classes . You do charge a lot of money in case you havent realized .

Like some of the other reviews state, since the last update I can no longer book classes. Everything listed says TBD. Its been broken for at least a week at this point. Not even worth the time.

Put waitlist number back in. No good CUSTOMER focussed reason to take it out.

I have never seen an app that gets progressively worse with every update. For orange theory it should be called a downdate. Some tech people should be fired for poor performance over this 1/17 update. Without the wait list #, Im about ready to try something else. Love the club and the concept, HATE the app.

With a recent update, I can no longer log into the app. When I try to book a class, it asks me to log in, I log in, and it tells me I already ha e an account on the "mindbody" network, and to try my password from that account? When I go to mindbody on the web, and login with the same account credentials I tried on the app, it logs me right in. Makes no sense. When I search for a OTF that does not appear in the default list, I have no way to "save" it, so I have to search for this OTF location every time. This was always the case. Cant even log on now, app is currently worthless. Not a good look for Orange Theory Fitness.

New version is defective. Your number on the waitlist no longer shows and you constantly have to log into the app... Im not really worried about my gym schedules security access... pain in the behind.

The new version does not allow me to see my place on the waitlist... I have no idea how close (or far) I am from getting into a class. Please fix that bug!

Before this last update, I had ok functionality. At least I used to be able to book and cancel classes, which is most of what I needed. Now nothing works, my profile is basically gone, I cant view any of already booked classes. Its pretty terrible. For being so advanced, you would think OTF would have a superb app. Spend some money on a good developer guys, this non-functioning app makes it embarrassing to even recommended OTF to friends.

The app hasnt improved in years. Please listen to your reviews and make changes to get better! For a gym that has so much to offer this app really ruins the experience. There are so many little things that can be done to improve the user experience. -Put back the waitlist number!!! - let users see if class is booked before clicking into the class to try and book - let a user see how many spots are taken vs wait listed - make it easier to book class at another studio - hold your spot in the listing when you try to book classes so you dont have to start at today all over again

I feel like for something this big they would hire more than college kids to make this app. It constantly logs you out so you have to re enter your whole email and password again. Touch ID anyone? When I sign up for a class it automatically switches to class full... not true. It would be nice to know how many people are registers and see your spot on the waitlist. Potential but it needs a lot of work. Get on it OT!
