I am so frustrated with this update! I cant even book classes from my phone b/c its constantly asking me to log in! Then, when I try to log in, it tells me I already have an account and to check some mindbody website. I dont even want to give this update a star, so sad b/c I love OTF!

I love otf but this app is a joke . I always have to call the gym to book appointments and since I regularly use two gyms my non home gym alway treats my Calls like an inconvenience . Just make an app that works !!

Latest version is missing the waitlist number! Fix please.

This app has such great potential but sadly it doesnt live up to the Orangetheory name. It constantly logs me out and will not remember my log in info. Since the latest update the app is almost useless. Come on, OTF, you can do better than this!

This app is so bad. Like ridiculously bad. I downloaded the MINDBODY app to book my OT classes and it works SO much better and it a lot easier to use. I definitely recommend using the MINDBODY app instead of this one!

You cant see what position you are on the waitlist. Hard to schedule

The things that are wrong with this app seem so easy to fix. -Dont make me log in every few days. -Bring back the waitlist position indicator on my scheduled classes. -Dont force me back to the current day every time I book/cancel a class. -Open the app to where I last left off, instead of rebooting it every time.

Not a fan of this update. Doesnt say where I am on the waitlist which can make planning hard. Very frustrating. Please fix!

All my booked classes suddenly disappeared. Now I am on the waitlist but I cannot tell which number. Ive heard similar complaints from other members. Completely unreliable.

As others have said, this app is primitive! Good things: online booking is quick and easy-when you can do it. I like the history feature. Thats it. If Im committed to pay for a month ahead why cant I book the next months classes until my renewal date? Why cant I book extra classes via the app? It wants to charge me full price. (I only pay for 8/mo) Why cant I know my place on the wait list? Please step up the game. Im loving the gym but this app is a drag on that enthusiasm! EDIT for anyone with the same waitlist complaint: check under the drop down my waitlists and youll find your number there. Better than nothing!

Love OTB, but please invest some money into this app. The functionally doesnt have to be anything amazing, but maybe start at not having to login every time I want to book a class. This isnt a banking app, so annoying.

Horrible!!

This app is barely functional. You have to log in every single time you want to do anything. View your classes - sign back in. Schedule a new class - sign back in. Terrible.

Orange Theory itself is great, apart from 3G and the worst gym hours ever, last class on the weekends is 11:45 am! However, the app reminds me of something from the 90s. Having to sign in from scratch every single time is a joke.

Recently, it keeps logging you out. (very annoying) Also, please put back the ability to see where you are on the waitlist.

Considering how great the class is, how great the staff are, how expensive it all is... how in the world can they have such a HORRIFIC app... even after the update it blows my mind. Does not deserve a one ⭐️

This app does not have the option of my orange theory location sherwood park Alberta so this app is useless to me. A lot of problems lately..
